You'll receive your refund to your nominated bank account within 60 seconds of the return being lodged through Refundid. Didn't receive your refund in time? You can contact Refundid directly here.

Remember to ship back your item to the address specified in our returns policy, and provide Refundid with your shipping tracking number through your Refundid account.

Yes! You can still receive an instant refund with Refundid, even if you originally purchased your item with a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service. Simply follow the usual Refundid process to receive an instant refund. After that, you can then use the money that you receive instantly from Refundid to repay your outstanding balance with your BNPL service. Please note, when using the Refundid platform your payments with your BNPL service will not be automatically cancelled. You will need to repay your BNPL provider with the money that is instantly transferred by Refundid.

There are two reasons your Refundid refund may be reversed:
1. Your return was not sent back within the Refundid 7-day return policy. If the parcel is lost in transit, please contact the Mimco Customer Care team.
2. Mimco has declined your refund.
If your return has been reversed by Refundid, please contact their customer support team.
