Mimco The September Issue DVD GIVEAWAY – COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. To enter, entrants must email the answer to the question who is the Editor-in-Chief of US Vogue magazine along with their postal details via the click through.

2. Employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter, participating Mimco boutiques and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. Entrants may only enter once during the term of the promotion.

4. Promotion commences 10AM 14/01/10 and closes once the first 20 correct entries are received. The winners will be selected by Mimco 111 Cambridge St, Collingwood, Victoria 3066 on 15/01/10 at 11.00am. Winners will be notified via email.

5. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. No correspondence will be entered into.

6. Total prize pool consists of 20 copies of The September Issue DVD – RRP $34.95 each.

7. Prizes will be sent direct to winners. In the event that a prize is returned to Mimco, all efforts will be made to contact the winner and forward to a nominated address.

8. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

9. Mimco is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries in this promotion.
