Can I return my web purchase to store?
Yes, you can return items bought online to any Mimco retail store except Mimco Cairns for exchange only.
Please ensure the goods are in their original condition with swing tags attached and remember to take your receipt which can be an invoice or a bank statement.

Can I use my Gift Voucher online?
No, unfortunately we are unable to accept gift vouchers online.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately our online store is unable to process orders over the phone. However you can order over the phone with one of our boutiques

Can I return my web purchase to David Jones?

Unfortunately you cannot return any purchases to David Jones, only a Mimco retail store for exchange only.

Do you accept cheque or money order?
Unfortunately we do not accept any personal cheques, traveller’s cheques or money orders.

How do I change my order after it has been placed?
After you have clicked "Process Payment" your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.

I have seen something I want in your store but it isn’t on line
We aim to have all stock available online and in our boutiques however from time to time we may sell out online or in our boutiques. If that is the case simply email customer care or call your local boutique and we will endeavour to find the item for you. If you are emailing customer care, please include your state and your top 3 preferred stores.

Do you accept international shipments?
Mimco ship to most destinations in the world! We use FedEx to ship all international orders and they usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive. The actual shipping is usually no more than 7 days but depending on the country, customs clearance may take over a week.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
No, we are not able to do split shipments.  You will need to create multiple orders if you wish to send to multiple destinations.

When will my parcel arrive?
Most orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.
In Australia most orders should arrive in 2-7 working days. However this can be longer during SALE periods.
New Zealand orders will generally arrive in 5-10 working days.
International orders will vary due to the destination and the customs regulations. They usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive. The actual shipping is usually no more than 7 days but depending on the country, customs clearance may take over a week.

My order has shipped but not arrived, what does this mean?
This means that your order is in transit and will be due in the timeframe we have listed under shipping.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched for delivery within Australia, you will recieve an Australia Post eParcel Tracking number. To track your delivery please go to: http://www.auspost.com.au/track. Once this tracking number is received, any delivery inquiries should be directed to Australia post on 13 POST (13 7678).

Is Mimco a secure shopping site?
Yes Mimco is a secure site.
Once you enter your contact details and payment details you will notice the security lock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. The security lock ensures your order & payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet. The site uses a 128 bit encryption which is the most secure system available in Australia.

How do I update my profile details?
You must sign in using the ‘sign in’ link under the ‘basket’ link on the home page. Simply click on ‘my account’, edit your details and click save. 

How do I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe by going into ‘my account’ and de-select the email subscribe tick box.

I have forgotten my login and password
No problem, simply go to ‘sign in’ and click “I’ve forgotten my password”.
A new password will be generated by email and sent to you. You can log in to make changes to a password of your choice.

Be quick! We are pleased to say that our designs are much loved and often sell out. We do re-order some styles from time to time, so check out our shop section regularly to avoid missing out.  

I bought a Mimco item on eBay, is it real?
Mimco is excited to operate an official eBay store within the Fashion Gallery on ebay.com.au
Items bought within the official eBay store are genuine. We are unable to authorise any products purchased through another eBay seller other than Mimco. Any purchases made to another seller are at your own risk and we cannot guarantee that items are unique.
