Can I return my web purchase to store?
Yes you can return any items bought on-line to any Mimco retail store except Mimco Cairns for exchange or refund. Please ensure the goods are in their original condition with swing tags attached and remember to take your receipt which can be an invoice, a bank statement or an email confirmation.

Can I return my web purchase to David Jones?
Unfortunately you cannot return any purchases to David Jones, only a Mimco retail store.

Do you accept cheque or money order?
Unfortunately we do not accept any personal cheques, traveller’s cheques or money orders.

How do I change my order after it has been placed?
After you have clicked "Process Payment" your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.

I have seen something I want in your store but it isn’t on line
We aim to have all stock available on-line and in our boutiques however from time to time we may sell out on-line or in our boutiques. If that is the case simply email us at support@mimco.com.au and we will endeavour to find the item for you. We can direct you to a store or we can send the item to you. This may take up to ten days so please advise us if you need the item quickly.

Do you accept international shipments?
Mimco ship to most destinations in the world! We use FedEx to ship all international orders and they usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive. The actual shipping is usually no more than 7 days but depending on the country, customs clearance may take over a week.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
No, we are not able to do split shipments.  You will need to create multiple orders if you wish to send to multiple destinations.

When will my parcel arrive?
Most orders in Australia will arrive in 2-7 working days.
New Zealand orders will arrive in 5-10 working days.
International orders will vary due to the destination and the customs regulations. They usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive. The actual shipping is usually no more than 7 days but depending on the country, customs clearance may take over a week.

My order has shipped but not arrived, what does this mean?
This means that your order is in transit and will be due in the time frames we have listed under shipping.

How do I track my order?
When we receive your order we will automatically send you an email with your order number and details attached. Please contact us at support@mimco.coma.au or +61 3 9473 5100 and we can track your order.

Is Mimco a secure shopping site?
Yes Mimco is a secure site.
Once you enter your contact details and payment details you will notice the security lock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. The security lock ensures your order & payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet. The site uses a 128 bit encryption which is the most secure system available in Australia.

How do I update my profile details?
You must sign in using the ‘sign in’ link under the ‘basket’ link on the home page. Simply click on ‘my account’, edit your details and click save. 

How do I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe by going into ‘my account’ and de-select the email subscribe tick box.

I have forgotten my login and password
No problem, simply go to ‘sign in’ and click “I’ve forgotten my password”.
A new password will be generated by email and sent to you. You can log in to make changes to a password of your choice.
