1. Selecting items
In SHOP, all the categories are listed on the left hand side. As you browse through the categories you will see all the styles displayed in the main body. You can also click on each sub category to see a smaller list of styles. Or use our SEARCH button to discover the exact item you are looking for.
By clicking on a particular style you will see the details of that style including the image, price, colour and description. To see an enlarged picture, simply hover your mouse over the image. To add the item to your shopping basket, simply click on ADD TO BASKET. Keep browsing and adding items in this way.
2. Your Basket
You can review your items at any time by clicking on BASKET. You can delete styles and change quantities as necessary. To amend the quantity simply select a new quantity amount in the drop down box, the order amount will adjust automatically.
To delete an item click on delete. To continue shopping simply click on ‘continue shopping’ button.
3. Checkout
Once you are happy with your order, click on CHECKOUT. All shipping costs will be added for you to review. To continue, enter your details in the following sections:

The security lock ensures your order & payment details are encrypted by a 128 bit encryption and remain secure over the internet. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express but do not accept cash, cheque, money order or travellers cheques.
Once you have completed all fields marked with an *, please click on the ‘continue checkout’ button. You will then be shown all your order details for you to review and confirm. If you are happy your details are correct, click on the ‘place your order’ button. Your credit account will then be debited.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Delivery within AustraliaAll deliveries within Australia will arrive within 5-7 working days.
In Australia we use a courier, Toll Ipec, for all parcels. Toll deliver between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. If no-one is home they will leave a card to make an alternative time for delivery. All deliveries need to be signed for.

International deliveries
Mimco ship to most destinations in the world!
We use FedEx to ship all international orders and they usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive depending on how long it takes to clear customs. This is different in every country. In New Zealand deliveries normally take between 5-10 working days.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

In the event that your product is lost in transit, Mimco will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns by Insured Registered Post.
If you have changed your mind after purchasing earrings, hair accessories, hair pieces or hosiery, for hygienic reasons we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Please note that your proof of purchase can be an invoice, bank statement or email confirmation from Mimco recording that payment has been received.
If you find a fault…
Please let us know by emailing returns@mimco.com.au within 14 days of finding a fault. We will happily exchange the item if we still have it, refund your money or we may need to repair it if the item is no longer in stock. Upon receipt of the goods, Mimco will refund the postage back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase and then send the goods back to you.

Returns to store
Within 14 days of receiving the product you may return any items purchased to any Mimco boutique (excluding Sale items which can only be returned by mail to our Web Store), provided the item has not been worn and in its original condition. You will need to bring proof of purchase and the purchase credit card. Item must not have been worn and is in its original condition. Please note that you cannot return any purchases to David Jones, only a Mimco retail boutique.

If any product purchased by you is faulty of significantly different to that shown or described to you or not performing the function you were led to believe that it would and Mimco in its reasonable opinion agrees, you are entitled to choose a refund, credit or have the product repaired or exchanged, provided that the product is returned to Mimco within a reasonable amount of time together with proof of purchase. In these circumstances Mimco will refund your postage expense to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
CURRENCY
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) however there is an easy to use Currency Converter that has been built into the site that allows you to convert the price into your chosen currency. Whilst browsing in the SHOP section when you see an item you like simply click on CURRENCY, select the currency you would like a comparison for and the exchange amount will appear in brackets next to the Australian Dollar (AUD) amount.
All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate and many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee. The final charge to your card is made in Australian Dollars and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit provider.
GST & TAXES
All purchases delivered in Australia will incur the standard GST tax rates.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
